Harmonized Data

Risk Edge’s Machine Failure Prediction Solution automatically harmonizes data from multiple sources. In case of Wind Turbines, e.g., we harmonized SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) data from various OEM vendors into a single data-set. It automatically bring all values to same unit and then merges different rows of data from different (but similar) machines into a large dataset.

Automated Data Pre-processing

The Data Pre-processing part is completely automated, from deleting columns with almost all Null / zero values, to splitting data into multiple columns for easier readability. The data is then auto-cleansed and normalized to get it ready for the AI Engine.

In-built Hyper-Optimization

The Deep Neural Network based AI Algorithm is optimized not just for performance, but also to extract the maximum possible accuracy by understanding and predicting patterns. The in-built feedback mechanism allows users to interact with the algorithm to fine-tune the training and improve results over time. Improved performance enables users to conduct hundreds of iterations and make changes to the algorithm parameters to ensure better accuracy, consistently.
